The Management, wishes to inform you that after an inspection of your puppy at the Insurance Department, It was noticed that your puppy does not have a life insurance permit that proves that the life of the puppy haas been insured.

So as of your request we will like to let you know all has been done in our power,but because of the following reasons below,they is no way we can proceed without the life insurance.

You will have to comply with our terms and cooperate with us, so we can get a life insurance permit processed in order that we can get the puppy transported and delivered over to you today.

                            REASON FOR GROUNDING YOUR PET(Puppy)..

* Following the US/CA Aviations Commission' Rules and Regulations on Pets Transportation and section 12 sub paragraph 2, "... the life of all animals being transported within US/CA or any Country must be fully Insured by an Insurance Co-operation against any eventuality.
* Following a compromise between the US/CA Aviations Complaint Commission and the US/CA Financial Commission, it was concluded that "...The life of all pets being transported from or within the United States AND Canada will be insured and this insurance fee should be from one pet to another depending on Financial Value of the Animal."
* We also wish to let you know, according to the US Price Determination Commission, the price of any Puppy of the medium Size breed is (1800USD) and your puppy is of the medium breed.

                                ORIGIN OR THIS INSURANCE SCHEME

This insurance scheme was introduced to protect the lives of animals or pets traveling within US/CA . This is because animals and pets have lost their lives, and airlines or travel agencies have usually been forced to pay huge amounts as compensation. For this reason, the Life Insurance for Animals was introduced so that if anything happens to your animals during transportation in case of accident,wrong delivery lost or dead ,the Agency will be free from any charge as the insurance will cover the compensation or fee place on them and not our agency.So you will be fully refunded by the Insurance company that insured your animal or pet.

                               SOLUTION TO GET YOUR PUPPY ON HIS WAY.

From the above, the Life Insurance fee you are supposed to pay for your puppy is (930USD) and your puppy can travel through its life time through the US/CA without any problems.

Due to a good number of complaints by clients of numerous shipping agencies about this Insurance Scheme, the US/CA Animal Aviation Commission came out with a Refundable Animal Life Insurance Scheme, which provides for

Following:

* You could use our Partial Insurance Scheme to Insure your puppy's Life for the cost of the full Insurance fee for the puppy, but this money will be REFUNDED to you once your puppy is delivered to you, and you will have to pay an extra 50USD for our services.
* This means you will have to pay the sum of 930USD which is the initial Insurance fee for the puppy and 50USD for our services, which gives you a total of (980USD) for the puppy.

                    ADVANTAGES OF THE REFUNDABLE INSURANCE SCHEME

The advantage here is: 930USD will be REFUNDED to you upon delivery of your puppy by the delivery man, by cheque or any mode of payment you will request. In reality, you only loose 50USD which you pay to us for our services in getting the initial permit processed.

The second advantage is: Your puppy get to travel from Maryland to South Carolina for just 50USD which you pay for our services since 930USD is REFUNDABLE.

So we request that you make a REFUNDABLE INSURANCE deposit payment of 980USD as soon as possible.

As soon as we confirm the insurance deposit, we shall process a life insurance permit for your puppy as well as a refund cheque of 930USD which will be handed to you upon delivery by our pet carrier agent as 50USD will be tax and deducted for our services.

So with our refundable insurance scheme, rest assures we can proceed further with the transportation and delivery of your puppy without any problem or it being held
